The Full Story
Hi, I’m Nadia. I decided to become a Personal Trainer to follow my passion for fitness and wellbeing. I want to attain a high level of fitness for both myself and others. My focus is to help people live a healthy lifestyle in a strong body and mind.

As a busy mum to two children I know that being fit and strong is absolutely essential for me and I understand how difficult it is to keep up the momentum in this busy world.
​
In my previous career in Television Production I was working long hours, I had no energy for exercise and I started getting into bad eating and drinking habits and it was making me unhappy.​
​
I decided to leave that world behind and start a new life where I could do what I love everyday.
​
I started off training clients in a busy gym and soon realised there were benefits to training my clients in the comfort of their own homes or their local park. I realised that if I took away the time pressure of traveling to a gym and the crowds of people, I was able to gain my clients’ full attention in an environment where they felt comfortable and confident.

Now I have the amazing privilege to help people get into shape both physically and mentally and to realise that they can break through the limitations they had placed on themselves.
